The purpose of this privacy notice is to disclose the policies and practices of CF Search Marketing where it pertains to the gathering, storage and distribution of personal information, either collected by this website (defined under Website Policy) or through our business processes (defined under Business Policy), and how you can contact us with requests, questions or concerns about it.
During a normal visit to this website (www.cfsearchmarketing.com), personal information such as your name, address, email, and phone number is collected only when you provide it to us voluntarily. Personal information submitted to CF Search Marketing as a visitor to this website may be stored for an indeterminate time, and used for the purpose of contact by CF Search Marketing about promotional offers, marketing programs, and direct communications of the following type:
- Respond to comments or request for information
- Correspondence in the course of normal business operations
- Meet a request for products or services, or in regards to developing new products or services
While this website is free to visit without the need to provide personal information, it does collect “aggregate” or non-personally identifiable data, used for analyzing website traffic and planning improvements to our website to better meet the needs of visitors. We do not track activity on an individual basis in a way that can identify you, but rather accumulate statistical data on an aggregate of all site visitors. Such information includes the tracking of page visits, and the amount of time spent on the site. The server this website is hosted on also generates a “session log.” Session logs are data files in which is recorded the Internet Protocol (IP) address from which you came, the pages you visited, the date and time of those visits, and potentially the website/page that referred you.

CF Search Marketing is a digital marketing agency that will not rent, sell, distribute, or in any way share personal information with third parties beyond the following obligations: Personal information such as name, phone number, email address and postal code intended for a client of CF Search Marketing but submitted through a business product of CF Search Marketing, is transmitted electronically to that client, either directly or through use of a “bridge” connecting the client's customer relationship manager (CRM) or other similar software.
A store of this type of submission, commonly referred to as a “lead,” is maintained for purposes of retransmitting in case of reception failure, and for reporting metrics. A lead may also be maintained for an indeterminate period for internal reporting and analytics focused on improving our products and services. Please note that personal information in a lead store is eventually converted to anonymous data, to fulfill CF Search Marketing guidelines as well as the policies of our business partners (e.g. Facebook).
